great location but service needs improvement

The service was attentive, making me feel welcomed during my four-night stay. Dining at the hotel was a pleasure with delicious breakfast options that changed daily. The breathtaking city view from my room made my mornings special, adding a great touch to my overall experience.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, being very close to Patio Savassi Shopping Centre, which made shopping convenient for the kids. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

We noticed the rooms could use a little TLC, though they were still quite modern and clean.

The Deluxe Quadruple Room was decent overall. It was nice and spacious, but the bed was a bit too soft for my taste. The sound insulation worked well enough, and I appreciated that hot water came out quickly. But honestly, it felt a little worn out. Also, I noticed the air conditioning could be quieter. Breakfast had a good selection, which was a plus.

Had a great time here, especially the hot water that really came out fast, and connecting to WiFi was smoother than expected, just like at home! I also really appreciated the late check-out at 2 PM. It just made our departure feel less rushed and more relaxed, which is crucial for winding down after a trip.

Even though the handheld bidet was a unique feature, it leaked and wasn't exactly user-friendly. The air conditioning system seemed to have temperature inaccuracies which were a bit irritating.
